Trophy Truck Suspension

This suspension system was designed to handle the extreme demands of off-road racing, where strength, travel, and durability are non-negotiable. The assembly features a long-travel control arm, performance coilover shock, and ventilated disc brake setup, all modeled in CAD for precise geometry and realistic visualization.

The design emphasizes ruggedness with reinforced arms and high-performance components, while also capturing the polished look of professional race setups. By combining detailed CAD modeling with an eye for manufacturability, this project showcases the balance between engineering accuracy and presentation quality — a system built for speed, strength, and style.
