We designed and developed a bespoke adventure-ready V-Strom 650 with a focus on performance, weight reduction, and durability. Starting with a full 3D scan of the stock bike — shown below — we created a digital foundation to accurately model and test every modification before fabrication.

The build features a fully upgraded rear suspension system for improved off-road handling and stability, paired with a lightweight custom front end to reduce mass and sharpen responsiveness. Custom fairings and fenders were designed for both protection and an aggressive ADV aesthetic, while a re-engineered exhaust system enhances performance and contributes to the streamlined, purpose-built look.

Every element was modeled and iterated in CAD, ensuring precision fitment and manufacturability. This project demonstrates the balance of engineering and design — transforming the V-Strom 650 into a capable, modern adventure machine tailored for rugged terrain and long-distance exploration.
