ZR1X Domination on the Track
Chevy has claimed the Nürburgring crown, setting not only the fastest production car lap but also the quickest ever by a non-pro driver. The 1,250bhp hybrid ZR1X led with 6:49.275, closely followed by the twin-turbo ZR1 at 6:50.763, both piloted by GM engineers. With the Z06 also posting a strong 7:11.826, GM President Mark Reuss declared, “These are the best Corvettes in history, period.”
